Fillings are a very common thing in the dental world. However, most of the time, it is a painful process to create them. However, scientists are researching a new form of filling, which is painless as it requires no jabbing or drilling. Read on to learn about this new method.

Liquid Resin
What’s in the Filling?
This new filling is in an experimental stage, and some American patients are invited to help with the trials. The filling used is liquid resin. Dentists pour this resin into holes in the teeth, and keep it contained in the hole using a plastic perforated sheet. The resin is cured with a light, and the patient is good to go.
Hopefully, this new type of filling will be tested and perfected to be used regularly in dental offices everywhere! It will take the pain, and the fear away from getting a filling at the dentists.
